GRAND ISLAND - The Hall County Sheriff’s Office had been awarded $4386 through NDOT Highway Safety Office to conduct selective enforcement for the Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over Mobilization from December 12th, 2025 through January 1st, 2026. During this grant, Deputies worked 60 hours of selective enforcement on overtime which resulted in the following:
37 citations for speeding
7 arrests for driving under the influence of alcohol
1 citation for open alcohol container in a vehicle
2 citations for driving during suspension
